In looking at the Chassis Service Manual it looks like the chrome tips should be 1.25" down from the bumper and should extend 1.04" past the bottom front lip of the bumper. Does that sound right?? Mine were about 1/2" below the bumper and stuck out about 3". They didn't look quite right to me so I'm trying to make it back to original specs.
