    Side exhaust.

Hmm... true. Would probably work if I ran it along the side of the car similar to this Stingray, which actually looks pretty good...

    Side exhaust.

Okay, thanks. Gonna have to redo the exhaust anyway, since it's a bit rotten in a few places, so I thought I'd get some opinions.

    Side exhaust.

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if any of you had done exhaust outlets just before the rear wheels, and if so, what kind of work is required to make it look good.
  4. Alright, testing with the door closed and the sensor disconnected did stop the annoying buzzer. Driver's side belt was buckled and I was on the passenger side with the E-brake set and engine off. Anyone know someplace I can get a new or good condition retractor for a good price?
  5. 1: I think the passenger door may have actually been open... Will have to try again with it closed. 2: When it first started, there was a passenger. During the test, there was not. 3: Didn't have the car running because that's a good way to wreck it, but yes, the driver's side belt was on. 4: Driver's side retractor works fine, because I only have the problem with a passenger. 5: Will try that if the other ones fail. Understood, and I always make sure my passenger is wearing their belt. Particularly because I think the ticket for that is up to around 100+ now...
  6. Will unplugging it work? There was a connector I could reach down there, but when I disconnected it and put the car in drive (Engine off and E-brake on), the buzzer was on constantly...
  7. Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you could tell me where the sensor is in the passenger side of the front bench seats... The seatbelt reel on that side no longer shuts off the buzzer if anyone is buckled in on that side, and I don't have the money to replace it, so I was going to remove the sensor in the seat until I am able to replace that, but can't find the dang thing... It makes it so I don't want to drive the car if there's a possibility of having a passenger. Thanks for your help!
  8. Too bad I didn't see this til now... The one time my shop had a really hard time getting one to seat, we had to use air tool oil around the bead. Still took about 90 psi to seat, and I wouldn't recommend taking them that high without a cage. I like the gold lettering though, nice work!
  9. Somehow, I figured that'd be the answer... Alright, thanks Top.
  10. Anyone able to tell me if there are any problems associated with this? (Other than the inside tire spinning faster than the outside around a corner.) Was thinking about going posi, but a couple guys at work said that was an option.
  11. That's a bit darker than I was planning on going, but it looks good! And I'll admit I'm jealous of the console and bucket seats...
  12. That's beautiful... Congratulations on the nice piece!
  13. Thanks, that should help me out quite a bit! Here's the interior, as promised... Think she'd look good in the Mojave Gold?
  14. I picked up my Monte Carlo about 3 months ago, body is solid but the previous owner did a not-too-good paint job. I'm thinking about going with the Mojave Gold, but was wondering if that would match with the interior color (I think it's Saddle, will post pics of the interior tomorrow.) Another thing, any of you know of good places to pick up the chrome weatherstripping? I'm gonna need to replace most of it, as well as pick up the piece that runs below the driver's door trim. Here's the car now.
