  1. Found my second build sheet today when reinstalling my back seat it was sewn into the seam, i have another one that i found i think it might have came from above the gas tank but im not sure, anyhow i left the build sheet attached to the seat so i cant loose it and it will never get any more damaged......
  2. i knew u would see it my way :-) that was the price i payed for them at advanced auto parts..............
  3. I have them in my camaro, they make quite a big diffrence, a lot of the diffrence is the spread patern o them is a lot better and they are also quite a bit brighter, hey but then again i just bought a set of sylvania cool blues for the monte, i dont know how they are yet but they look really bright, they were around 16 each, take your pick they are both better and worth the money to me
  4. mine had the lttle plastic holders as well as glue in a couple places ans screws in a couple places too, to get the plastic things out i would recoment just pullting or pryinw with a screwdriver, as for the screws who knows how u could get them outi would try a big hammer :-) jk its easy just dont plan on puting it back on cause u ruin all of the plastic clips prolly.
  5. OK OK so the normal driver doesnt need it but well lets say i know how to use the gas and brake pedals, in my camaro i have had problems with brake heat, i had a set of semi metalic pads smokeing, and then i upgraded to performance friction, well i have had them hot enough to fade and to give off the smell of brake overheating, anyhow i am thinking of cutting up the backing plates and adding air scoops on them similar to what my camaro has onlt larger to get more air any ideas this??? thanks
  6. hey just for the purpose of knowing can u weigh the plastic ones vs steel ones btw they look good im suprised they match so close, thanks for the info
  7. OK im the brake specialist here!!! :-) ok or maybe i just had the most problems, anyhow have a friend help u bleed the system, what u need to do is open up either a caliper on the front or a wheel cylinder in the rear depending on which part u had opened up, anyhow with the bleeder open u have to stomp the brake pedal really hard, it may take a few times but the light should go out, if it doenst try doing the oposite end that u were on, if u still cant get it u can take the distribution block out and manually recenter the valve, i think u can do this by removing the peice of the block that screws into it and the wire attaches to it, then u should be able to stick something in it to move the piston to the center, it works by the piston grounding out the wire, in the worst case u can take the block off and center it from the rear brake line port, post back and let us know how its going....
  8. I used a guitar string to cut the seal in my back glass with visegrips and two people one on inside and one out take your time and use one of the medium sized strings that is a spiraly wraped one not just a single wire it acts like a saw and cuts right through it and as i remember u want to keep the string as close to on the same plane as the glass as u can, in other words dont pull the string straight up perpindicular to the window, keep it close to level with the window and both ends ahead of where it is cutting so it looks like a V the back glass came out so easy i couldnt belive it. hope this helps
