    How do we decipher our cowl tags. I've had my Monte for 4 and 1/2 yrs. I've done some small projects on the car. I noticed when I bought the car that the cowl tag and vin # are different. Also the number on the front of engine block has been milled off except for an "H" and it looks to possibly be last letter.LOOKING FOR HELP. THANK YOU.
