Sanding....sanding....sanding....
started with 800 and progressed to 2000. Wet sanding.
wet the piece, sand with flat stick, wipe with wet towel. Dump water, rinse bucket & towel well.
repeat about 300 timesactually finished sanding today. Polishing tomorrow. Then bumpers, chrome & mirrors etc

I think so too. I just checked the other fender & it’s stamped 22 2 1970 so that makes sense.

I was getting prepared to attach my newly painted fenders when I noticed a stamp on the inside.

What they consider a split bench seat are the 60/40 seats. Where they are basically bucket seats that touch eachother. Passenger and driver's side move independently from eachother. Alot of g-bodys and b-bodys had them.
I got a reply from Legendary & the covers for my seats are called split bench seat covers in their world.
they tell me they can make them. -

I will try calling them. When I put 1970 Monte split bench cloth in their search engine it says no results.

Blower motor switch is highlighted
and the wiring diagram someone else posted for me
