  1. MY BODY MAN CAME IN AND SHOWED ME THE CAR IN PRIMER. ALSO BROUGHT ME WHAT CAME OUT OF THE LOWER REAR QUARTERS. METAL HVAC TAPE WITH GLUE SIDE OUT WITH THIN GRAY CARDBOARD AND VERY THIN LAYER OF BONDO THEN PAINT. WHO'LDA THUNKIT?? ON A GOOD LOOKING 5 FOOT COR?

  3. PAID &1,200 ON THE 1971 BODY SHOP BILL AND $1,000 ON THE 1970 BODY SHOP BILL. AND I THOUGHT 'VETTES WERE MONEY PITS!! MUWAHHHAAAHHAA!

  8. My Body man agrees with 7tone....around here, you can redo vinyl top for @ $750.... costs more to prep and finish for paint. But Gloss if you must paint. jim

  10. talked to the body shop that has the 1970 468 MC and was told she will be out by april 15th and back to J&J Racing Engine Development for drive shaft and alt/ ps pump/ radiator. then test burn!!! wheeeeeee!
  11. called the body man on the 1971 and told him I had to have her back by the 15th of april....he's had her since feb, 2013
  12. I remember my uncle using the screwdriver method in the late '60's - early ''70's......very "new perspective"! lol! but, it worked then ...it'll work now. good advice IMHO
