Heckeng Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 Hughes makes excellent fitting dipsticks/tubes. Do NOT buy one of those chrome Mr. Gasket deals, they are nowhere close to fitting at all! 502ci Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 Mine broke at the tip also, suprised me because I just checked it the day before and couldn`t believe the tip could ever break. I just bought an aftermarket chrome one (same length as stock) and stuck it in the old tube, done. Still have the new chrome tube hanging on the wall.
