Kevin Wiles Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 my 70 350 auto/air car has a wire that goes along the drivers side inner fender. The wire is green and it is in a fabric-type sleeve. the sleeve is quite sloppy looking and is deteriated. Is there a source for this fabric wire sleeve? Also my throttle cable, where it clips into the bracket on the q-jet, that rubber piece. Where can I get one of those? wallaby Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 Kevin, do you mean the grommet that acts as the connection/ isolator between the throttle cable & cable bracket? I thought that piece was a integral part of the cable outer housing. I figured that the only way to replace it was to get a new cable assembly?
