monte70car Posted February 13, 2012 Share Posted February 13, 2012 Getting a little refund in tax money and I'm thinking of replacing the Blazer series cam(sure its outdated). What would all recommend for a mild 396 bored .040 over stock. I do have a 2400 stall speed in a 700r4 trans and 2.73 rear gear, intake is an old performer eddy intake rocker arms were changed out from stamp steel to full roller rockers. monte70car Posted February 13, 2012 Author Share Posted February 13, 2012 in overdirve doing 65 mph it does 1980rpm's and if you need to pass a car it does down shift to third and goes on about its business.
