Shroka
When first starting my Monte on full choke the blue smoke (oil) is getting a little thick until she warms up. Is there any quick way to fix this? Additives, synthetic oil etc... Thanks!
CrazyDavey
synthetic oil would probably make it worse...that's a typical symptom of bad valve guide seals (or worn guides themselves). Really no magic potion for that except a valve job....

Valve seals can be changed without tear down but guides require the heads being removed. Has it gotten bad enough that its fouling the plugs? Wow more questions than answers. Good luck.
