jerrysoldtrucks
i am getting along on my engine swap. ordered the wiring harness and starting on the fuel delivery. i have decided to go with a summit 16gal cell mounted in the trunk (along with the battery) and a summit inline external pump. 45psi 5/16 in and out. i plan to use my regular fuel feed line from the pump to the engine and the vent line for the return. shud the filter go before the pump or after? does the rest of my scheme sound like it will work? never done this before so i would appreciate any and all comments. even 72yo retired jarheads can learn new tricks. Paul Bell
Hey Jerry, the filter should go after the pump. Inline electric pumps have a screen on their inlets to keep out the bigger junk.
Andy's Auto
Being a new cell, there should be no junk. But an LT1? Didn't know anyone was doing that anymore. LS,LS,LS
