    Yes that's a 72 specific piece although some people have put them on other years. The eariler ones had a very thin piece there.

    I went down to garage to get monte out but it failed to start. The 12 year old battery gave up the ghost so I went out and got a new one and got it put in. Then went to see Bob to get cars annual inspection (thank you Bob) so now all set for the year I guess. Was going to go to cruise in but maybe I'll just go get ice cream.

    RIP Brian, I saw beach boys several times Brian was there for a couple shows. He was a music icon for sure. I grew up loving the beach boys.

    I would think that's alright, the bearings ride in the cones not really on the spindle maybe file off any sharp edges.

    My plastic trim was sticky when I got the car I used spray 9 on it several times seemed to work OK on that not sure how good it'll work on steering wheel, works good on tires too to clean then but should condition the rubber after maguire has a good product for that if you can find it, think it's been discontinued In The spray bottle but think available in gallon size.

    Jared has a YouTube channel he does a lot of the meets and work he's done on cars. Jared's 70 monte i think it is. He does a good job.

    They are going to total out my truck, I'm waiting for the guy to call with my options. Pretty sure I'll keep it and bank the settlement until I find something else.
