budhaboy
I have a 70 MC, that, when I jack up the front end to the car/place jack stands behind the front wheels, the fender-door gap changes and cause the fender to pinch the door -What would be causing this? Jared Richey
Its normal, although a good rule not to open up any doors while the car is in an awkward position. If the gap is to close anyway it could get your paint on the edge.
Sam (Bones)
sure all the bolts are tight? my front end flexes but the gap doesn't change, the fenders are bolted to the body if all the bolts are tight, they should bow some, check the bottom bolts
