  1. I think the first kit with both bars will need the rear lower control arms to be boxed in. The second one with the rear bar only does not. Not completely sure but check that out.
  2. Maybe Look into meth injection. It Is a option.
  3. I don't think the pic worked. maybe this will:
  4. I'm glad you guys like the Monte. The wheels may look a little odd because the front tires are 225/50 r17 and the rears are my drag radials 27x10.5x16lt I wanted the most rubber between rim and the ground also CPP big brake disks needs 16" wheels thats the reason for different size. This pic is the only side view I have with the rear road tires 255/50 r17: DSC00031.jpg I'd like to drop the front a little more BUT (big but) I snagged my headers on some railroad tracks (not fun!) Thanks for the great comments.
  5. this one has new sbc springs and two inch drop spindles.
  6. Hello; I have seen that "strange nipple on the passanger side" used it trucks. The return hose from heater core was attached to this nipple. I don't recall seeing them used in cars, but possibly in full sized with a/c. We've just plugged it just like you've done.
  7. Hello; Just a thought on your "it will run fine for about 5 minutes. and then it will simmer down to a slow death....". How old is your exhaust system? or condition of exhaust? A plugged (collapsed/rusted/frozen) muffler/piping can cause those types of symptoms.
  8. Hi up here in the frozen north the 1/4mi. track will NOT let you on the track with plastic oil pressure line, plastic fuel filter.(get hot, melt, spray fuel or oil and catch fire). I can see it happening, to be safe, and able to race, I made sure to follow the rules (NHRA) They let the 12" of fuel line slide some. good luck.
