Correct! These are not very expensive at all, They look good and seal great!

I would use shrink sleeves as opposed to the worm clamp. I would not think that you would have AN fittings on the radiator. However some track cars do. The sleeves make a good seal and look good also. The fittings with the worm clamps inside(imitation An fitting) are trash! They look very cheep and are cheep.

I would use heat shrink sleeves, They can be purchased at NAPA. As opposed to clamps, They look great and seal quite well.

Tape about 1/2in back. Are you using AN. fittings?

Are you using a braided sleeve or an actual braided hose? If a true braided hose, Wrap the end with duct tape to hold the braids in place while installing.

Has anyone thought about taking a basically destroyed 454ss and turning into a RAT ROD? Tires, brakes, some old seats. WA-LA RAT ROD. Seems to be the going thing. Would receive a lot of attention. Maybe (Queenie)? Just a thought. Not to be disrespectable. Would receive more attention in that form, For sure. And an inexpensive way to return to the hi-way, And the shows as well.

Larry, With everything that you have done to your car, You should be in the GOLD class. If I remember correctly, You won your class! However if you have never been to the SMOKEYS, That is a hard one to pass.
