Has a tight "curl" like the 70 you have pictured but looks to be "crushed/dimpled" like the 71 you have pictured. Maybe the way the pic was taken. Yes the part may be New Old Stock but it may have been made in 1978 ,yes it is NOS but is not the exact correct one for say 1971.
