Mikstudie
I have dual cooling fans, started the car last weekend and fans are not cycling. Had them in the car for years never a issue. Where would you guys start with diagnosis.
Rob Peters
Many things to consider. Are they controlled by a thermostat or are they supposed to come on and stay on as soon as the key is turned on? Is there a relay in the system? Are they fuse protected? Is there a fusable link someplace in the wire? I suspect since both of them are not working the chances of them both going bad at the same time would be unlikely so I suspect the power to them has been interrupted. Mikstudie
Rob, I pulled the relay is wasn't dirty but I wiped it off anyway. Started the car and fans working perfect. Yes it does have a fuse link. Fans are energized by temp sender in thermostat housing/goose neck. Ill let you know when I start it again next weekend.
