1Bad454 Posted March 29, 2022 Share Posted March 29, 2022 I'm looking at A6 compressors and I see that some have a hot switch? What purpose does that serve? Also I ran the part number on ebay for the compressor that The Parts Place has listed for a 71 MC (88918841) and it shows not compatible with a 71 MC SS454? I did find a 4 Seasons compressor but I read some pretty bad reviews on them although they were old reviews (a few years old). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rare SS Posted April 8, 2022 Share Posted April 8, 2022 I have had to replace 2 of these compressors. One lasted a few days. The other, a few minutes! I finally had luck going with the Non Factory looking compressor, but at least it works! Function over Form when it comes to comfort!
