Guest
My Monte does not have a tilt wheel which makes it a little hard for me to get in and out of the car. I've been thinking of changing it to a tilt wheel and installing a Hurst shifter on the floor. I was wondering how to go about doing this since the car has a column shifter. Also, could anyone give me some suggestions on cutting a hole in the floor board for the shifter? Thanks!

Guest
My 2 cents. When I put in my B&M megashifter which I just love besides the fact the material is c*ap, I noticed the 4 bolts/studs that hold the shifter in place were to long and really did a number on my driveshaft, floorboard, and even the shift linkage. So when you install that shifter of yours make sure you don't do what I did.
