502ci Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 I just dug through my AC stuff and saw no sign of a sticker being on my 72 evaporator (doesn't mean there wasn't one, could have fallen off over time). My Frigidaire sticker is still on my compressor and looks almost new... (I haven't looked at this stuff in like 10 years) Sorry I couldn't help. 72Montedude Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 My 72 had the decal placed horizontally (reading position) on the a/c box surface closest to the engine. In the 2nd pic of the 454 above it would appear just above the air cleaner snorkle. No way of knowing if this was the original position but can't imagine why someone would have moved it.
