the valve train not getting oil

i was adjusting the rockers the other day and was wondering

why all of the push rods were not spiting oil while running

how does the oiling system work ?

please help!!!

When you rebuilt the motor did you remove the oil galley plugs by the timing chain? They are about 7/16" in diameter. They look like freeze plugs on the timing chain side

adjust your valve lash. If you had missing oil gallery plugs, you'd get no pressure to the valve-train, the same as not aligning the rear cam bearing oiling holes. Proper "Zero" lash is a must.

bob i did not touch them as i know it and i tryed letting the engine warm up and after two to three min. it did trickle out of the push rods but did not squirt out but i am getting oil up there
