Thinking for swapping out a f-body 2001 style camaro brake setup complete onto the monte. But needs hubs in front.

Would you guys trust this for a hub setup being aluminum? Makes me a little uneasy with the size of are cars. http://www.opgi.com/monte-carlo/1970/brake-systems/disc-brakes/CH30250/ These are the Kore3 ones, much nicer but really expensive http://www.kore3.com/proddetail.php?prod=10075 Is there any other alternatives?

Yea their my original Hotchkis lower springs I had when I had my 454.

Little update, front suspension is together mostly. Only need to order the sway bar, links and front hubs. And yes I know I've got to clean the spindle and backing plate Anyone know where to get hubs that are not crazy priced? Some of these aftermarket ones are crazy expensive!

Nice run! I used to run a 12.5@109 on my street tires, not to far off what you were starting with. And definitely run a loop if you run slicks of any sort. It's that much more stress on your drivetrain

Yea I though about that but I didn't have any originals to go buy so I bought a paper set for now. Just trying to get them to last some. thanks for the idea though, might do that and keep a set around

Ok thanks. I was going to use that but wanted to see if their was any other options out their that would be easier to remove if I need to get inside the door a few times. Those paper shields don't hold up pulling them off much as Im sure you guys know

What's the best way to attach the door water shields without having to worry about ripping them when you have to remove them?
