I downloaded it AGAIN and then had to search for it under "run" and then it finally showed up! THANK YOU!

I tried to reinstall it from the website but it would never appear - even though it showed up in my programs area (to add/remove) so I removed it.

ok thanks - got the type larger but IE is GONE. It is not there when I try the IE run. I think it deleted the original version when i tried to download version 8 and then I deleted version 8 when I could not get it to run. Greg is avoiding the computer because google chrome is too overwhelming for him!

when I downloaded google chrome - IE disappeared into thin air & is no where to be found. I tried to download (4x) IE-8 but nothing ever happened - it showed up as a program in my control panel but I could not find it anywhere else or get it to launch. So, now I am stuck with google chrome & sometimes websites are opening with very tiny text size (hard to read for us old folks!) and I cannot see where to change text size like in IE. I am so frustrated. And how can I do anymore external HD back-ups? the back-ups will not have IE anymore either.

yep - even made sure address bar was checked but it is still invisible - I think I denied access to it in error with spyzooka and now cannot get it back.

nope nothing works - it is gone forever... I downloaded google chrome but I hate adjusting to new things....

My address bar - you know the one where you can type in http//www..... in? It is gone - I cannot figure out how to get it back...

Got the new optic mouse yesterday and it is beautiful!! Moves around like it is on air!

We are still on the "edge" of making it or not....but if we do we will be there Wednesday evening-Sunday so count us "potentially" "hopfully" in. Duh - I forgot we'd be leaving Queenie at home so never mind about us

I really need to get out of my bubble - I just checked Target.com and they do not even sell mouses with a ball. Why does Dell gives these anymore?!?!? (dumb question). I am going to newegg right now to get me that cheap optical mouse. That will make Greg so very happy

speaking of mice - we are on our 2nd one & Greg has had to clean the rollers & clean the ball and then it starts acting stupid - doesn't roll, etc. Are wireless mice any better or is that a stupid question? A mouse is a mouse right?

If I remember correclty, in the past Andreas did say that if anyone wanted to plan a central meet to go for it. Robyn & I even briefly talked about it (a year ago or so).

Maybe if we end up at a Super Chevy meet they will recognize the 40th Anniversary - esp if they are reminded ?

I called....... Everyone would need to be a member of good guys in order to pre-register. As far as parking together - it is 1st come 1st serve getting into the show - so everyone would have to arrive together at the same time going in...and then I guess hope to find a large enough spot to accomodate everyone. No restrictions on car conditions. (Oh and an edit to my previous post - last year we saw Mark at Good Guys Blue Suede Cruise at Norwalk)

I believe Good Guys is alot more strict than Super Chevy. When they were at Norwalk, Oh last year, we saw Mark Patrone there & he was giving us the scoop - no trailers on the show - really picky. And Good Guys at Norwalk would be better than Columbus because of the drag strip, I think.
