I just picked up a new mouse today. A rocketfish wired optical mouse. So far it's great. I didn't want one that needed batteries or recharging. It was only $21 at BestBuy. It was honestly one of the only wired mice they had. It's replacing a 2 year old mouse that the wire had started to frey at the connector and i don't really care for exposed wiring. It has a really cool feature that the scroll wheel can actually be pushed left and/or right so it scrolls sideways too, not just up and down.

Good info! I'm considering a similar swap with a nearly stock 72 Monte. I just found a trans on craigslist with a shift kit and converter for $300. HP plans for the future are about 400, i want to run 12's and still putt back and forth to work. I'm not sure i can do all that with my 2.73's but i'll definitely need a posi.

My son just had this virus on his computer but he managed to get rid of it.

Yep, i unplug both my cable modem and my wireless router for 30 seconds, then plug them in and restart. I haven't had to do it for months, i ended up getting a router with a better range. I went from a Linksys to a D-Link and it's been much more reliable.
