Chris shipley
Some people like the car level . Some like the rear end a little higher . What's better bigger springs in back or air shocks?
MC1of80
Springs by far. Air shocks used to "lift" the car at all times have been known to tear out the upper shock mounts.

cny first gen 71
Yes springs for sure, mine has air shocks and what I believe were original springs. I replaced them with Moog cargo coils and added spring spacers on the bottom spring perch. The air shocks will be coming off some day when I get around to it.

MC1of80
How does your car sit now? If the front is low, easy to raise the rear. If the front sits high, bigger/heavier rate springs will be needed to raise. Pics of "Big Red" when I was trying on the "Bling" wheels and tires. Lolol. I have cargo coils for an 80 Impala wagon in the rear.
