Posting pictures

nutzIs there somewhere that I can go to learn how to post pictures with my posts. I'd love to have the Monte on each of my posts or topics. I know that I'm very illiterate when it comes to computers. Everyone keeps asking for photos of the Monte, but I can't seem to get it through my head what to do. Some of the younger generation is versed on computers. Maybe it's the way I take the pictures that is the problme. I love looking at all the Montes on this site and I want members to be able to see my Monte(as good looking as it is). Thanks in advance for all your help.

First find one of the pictures you like in the Gallery, copy the link for the picture (highlight it and hold down ctrl and c) then goto My Stuff at the top of the pages of the message board, not the Gallery and choose Profile. At the bottom of that page you will see white box that says signiture. In there you will paste the link you copied (hold down ctrl v) and then at the front of the link type and at the end of the link type then save the settings, and when you post the picture will show up.

Let me know if this helps smile

Ian;

I'm gaining ground. I've at least got the link to show up in a post as my signature. Where do I go from here??? How much do computer instructors get for an hour in the classroom??? HEHEHE Not sure what I did wrong, but I guess I will try it again and see what happens. Thanks

Royce

Scott; I hope to meet Ian some day and buy him lunch. He's been such a great help. Phil has been a big help also. Everyday I learn more about the site. Such a great family we have with FGMCC.

Ian;

Thanks for the offer. That would be a great road trip. Washington State to Florida. I just have to talk the financial advisor and convince her to give me the funds for that kind of a trip.
