Slaman
Ok I know stupid question, but as always, I'm working on a budget. I am going back to my horseshoe shifter with a 200-4r or 700-r4. Can I use a shifter cable out of say a 3rd or 4th gen camaro from a junk yard? Or do I just need to pony up the extra $ for a repo for a fgmc? I know I will need the kit from Shiftworks for the detent and shift plate lens. But I have yet to see instructions as to which cable I need. I really don't remember what the orginal cable ends look like as I had a rachet shifter in it before it set for way too long...
