alex's72fgmc Posted July 25, 2003 Share Posted July 25, 2003 a screw driver and a pair of pliers. using the screw driver to lift the spring out of the channel and the pliers to nudge it off. hamster Posted July 25, 2003 Share Posted July 25, 2003 You can also use a good pair of vise grips to grab the top part of the spring, just make sure they are on good and tight before you pull on it, make sure someone is holding the hood up or you have it blocked, don't let it fall on your head Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
