Mo's70MCs Posted March 4, 2013 Share Posted March 4, 2013 Yes is can be, bronze lifter bushings come to mind. It's a common repair mostly on Chrysler blocks? 71longtime Posted March 4, 2013 Author Share Posted March 4, 2013 thanks men i will take her to a local machine shop. was going to do a 454 build but the 402 was in the car when i bought it 30+ years ago.pulled her out of a barn, brought her home and put her up on jack stands.she is new from the tank to the engine.not doing a show car.just a good solid driver.hope to drive her this summer.as we all know all it takes is mon$$$$$ey. thanks again Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
