Bmarinac
I had the top pad off my car today. I have found a mysterious conector on both sides in the speaker area. Its small round with two male pins sticking out. I believe the wire colors are red and yellow. Anyone have any clues?
monte70car
It sounds like the stock stereo plug for the 4x6" speakers, are the speakers still in the dash?
Bmarinac
No. No speakers. That would make sense. I am trying to piece together the stereo system. There's an am system in there now but I know it was originally an am/fm. Only the rear was hooked up
footballubet
Try posting a picture of the connector. It almost sounds like it's an aftermarket connector.
72-CLASSIC_RIDE
See if this helps Brett. I had a stock photo when I pulled my dash cap off. This is one of the front speakers still connected to speaker and at harness. Mine show both sides as Green/Black. Does the connector appear to be the same? See additional pic's as reference. Front Speaker Connected: Front Angled Left Side Dash Speaker: Front Speaker Brackets: Two Front Speakers (Angled Magnet Left Front Speaker): Hope they help!
