footballubet
There has been a couple threads about using the Jeep Grand Cherokee steering box on here before. That seems to be the best from what I have read about it. I saw somewhere all the part numbers for the swap. I'll see if I can find it and post here. Leghome
The only thing about the Jeep box is the core charge. Almost as much as the pump itself during my searches.

MC-71
I have always used a box out of a 86-87 SS Monte. It's the quick ratio one. Just look for the Z on the steering box.
MC-71
Bob I found the AC Compressor in aluminum. It's supplied by 4 Seasons. The part number is: 58089.It's a direct replacement for the A6 compressor and will fit OEM brackets and half the weight. Found Rock Auto had the best price, $263.69. It should be here thur. Thanks. Check it out. Carl
