I'm w/ Mike....3:55s are tuff to beat...best of both worlds. I have an Eaton. My 355s were richmond and my new 411s are Liberty. Both have given me nothing but great performance.
UPS just delivered my HRpartsandstuff antiroll bar and a while back Dan sold me his Hotchkis dbl adj upper control arms so now just gotta wait for some warmer weather to get this new suspension going..Hopefully it'll be worth a 10th or 2.
David, way to go....your on your way to low 11's for sure. Braggin' rights earned!!!!....Just think, w/ a very small shot of nitros you have a 10 sec street car....awesome!!!
Dont be afraid to build up that BOP...There are a few of us that have these rears. A lil more $$ to do but real strong. From what I understand back in the day they did a lot of part swapin' on the assembly lines. Mines on my build sheet w/ a 278 gear. Its now a 411 w/ a new eaton posi and doing fine behind my stout 427 sb with close to 600 hp.
Steve should chime in....he did it to his custom 71 and its something I would like to do as well. I'll call him so he can help....Lots of luck...i love yur ride! Al
