We have never had one sold at the dealer I work for so we have not had any warranty engines. We had one guy come in and our parts manager told him to take it to the selling dealer. I have heard it is a long process. If things start to go south with the dealer ask to talk to the area GM rep but only do it if things get bad.
DJ Im not sure about the steering arms but I have a pair of hotchkis uppers for the tall spindle setup. If you are interested I can sell you them dirt cheap pm me if you are interested.
I know this gets old but check every wire and make sure your firing order is correct. If it worked fine before more than likely it is something you have missed.
Finnaly installed the accelerator cable, might pull it out this weekend and see how it runs. The HOA should love that wish it had open headers on it lol.
Thats what Im saying if he rotated the tires and the vibration is the same then wouldnt that remove the tires and wheels from being suspect. If its in the rear and it was there before the rearend rebuild then it shouldnt be any of the parts he replaced during the rebuild. Im not saying I am right or wrong just trying to help. Jim to fully eliminate the wheels and tires can you swap with anybody. How long have you been dealing with this what all has been done to try and resolve the issue.
Vibrating bed. Nobody said anything about Daves original comment about the vibration at 65 and said he wished. Dave you are special in the ate lead paint kinda way lol.
