Wood grain removal

Hi guys. Is it possible to remove the wood grain from the dashboard without dismount the dashboard itself? I have removed the four upper screws on the grain but it's not yet moving.

this is a look at the back of the dash... the metal tabs have to be bent straight in order to remove without damaging. Also they are tacked-in with an adhesive, after years of use it tends to loosen-up a bit. Good luck!

Thanks guys. When I look at the photos it's obvious that it's almost impossible to remove it without disassembling the whole board first. But not a problem, I need to paint the chrome rings anyway and I also want to replace the clock with a tach. More work, more fun. laugh
