Want more roll control, already did sway bars and shocks. Just trying to keep it stock looking. thanks
Sam (Bones)
you will probably have to do it by trail and error, find springs for the heavy duty suspension, install, too tall, and cut part of a coil off and reinstall, repeat as necessary
Dans '70 Z20
Last year I spoke to Mark @ Sevitskes Clasdics and Customs. He was doing just that. He was working with a quality spring mfr to produce a std height spring with higher spring rate. His reason was that all tubular arms build in at lesst a 1" drop and all performance springs provide an addl 1" for a total of 2" drop. Too much for many people and shims can only make up so much. Not listed on his website yet but he should have em by now. Sevitskes Classic and Custom Performance springs have a progressive spring rate which get higher as you compress spring to provide for better ride quality but higher spring rate when you need it ……… but if you are looking just to stiffen it up a bit for less money just put a set of big block springs which have a higher linear spring rate than standard small block springs. Only a benefit if your running a small block though.
