Aaronz28
my 70 - as i'm sure everyone elses - has temp senders on the drivers and passengers side - on the pass side - its 2 spade terminals, with the green wire coming from the firewall and a jumper wire over to the other pin. on the drivers side - its just one screw terminal - - this is exactly how it was on my small black 70 as well.. can anyone advise why 2? I'm thinking of some mods that might require eliminating one (different heads) thanks Aaron
stangeba
Do you have the gauge package? The car I bought (71 350 4BBL no A/C) to get the gauge package from, had this set up and one on the rt or passenger side was (I believe) because of the TCS. I didn't think 70 had TCS. Sam (Bones)
the 2 terminal one is for the TSC (trans spark control) the single terminal one is for the gauge or light
Rob Peters
My 70 350 2brl has the same setup. The wire going to the one on the passenger side has a clip for the wire on the valve cover. rob
