201fireman Posted September 23, 2006 Share Posted September 23, 2006 I have a 1972 monte and there is a rod about 9" long that comes out of the transmission for the linkage. The end of this rod has a spring on it and it goes into a cup type bracket bolted to the frame. I am looking for the bushing and washer that goes on the rod before it goes into the cup.
