no i checked all my vaccum again just in case and everything checked out im just going to replace the booster, any tips?

If you get a reman unit, you might not have to worry but good to check that the booster rod does not result in preloading the master cylinder (i.e. applying pressure to the master cylinder when you bolt them together). I bought an aftermarket booster from CPP and the rod needed a bit of grinding to fit just right. Otherwise should be a piece of cake.

Good luck.

Other than that, I hope you have a good back and neckM and knees from knelling down and reaching under the dash to get at the bolts and pin/cotter key setup. Other than that I hope you get it fixed.
