  1. O.K..... So that didn't load right... If you search the title, the article is worth looking at.
  2. I happened across this the other day....Thought it was interesting. 9 FORGOTTEN American Muscle Cars Of The 70s! _ Watch.html
  3. The T.V. cable (shift cable) is something best tuned by a professional..... Very fickle indeed. And yeah, every carb. has it's own version of linkage. But as I do a lot of highway driving, the overdrive in my 200r4 was worth the effort. (20-24 mpg)
  4. Nice to see another time capsule saved.
  5. Hey Daniel, just looking at the photos you posted... It looks like the mechanism is out of line, either bent or maybe the guides aren't in their slot ? The glass shouldn't be that tight to one side. Have you opened the panel ? The little grate below the window will let you see inside, but you'll have to pull the interior panel to really get at it. I'm also wondering if the glass is correct..... Assuming that the picture show it all the way rolled up, it looks long/tall to me. Might be that someone just threw something in that worked at the time....... There should be a part number in the bottom corner that'll tell for sure. How this sheds some light on the problem. Scott.
  6. Just get in touch with jft69z (Joe)..... He'll set you up. Welcome to the show.
  7. Just a quick question Dan, How's the window mechanism working ??? If it's binding or missing bushings, or out of alignment, it may cause the molding to catch....I'm also with Willie on the door issue. That needs an adjustment. Scott.
  8. The worst part is that crap they make you drink....... Everything else goes pretty slick.
  9. From the title, I thought he was talking about his colonoscopy.......
  10. Got the fibre optic light on my washer fluid on mine as well.
  11. As for the undercoating, I've used the Kleen-flo stuff. It's pretty easy to spray, is paintable, and doesn't harden like a rock. Mind you, heat from the engine might have an effect on that.
  12. With a body like that, it'd probably be to hard to bend and pick up short people and pets..... Maybe if you bench pressed them up ???
  13. P.S..... We love pictures. And crayons. LOL
  14. Welcome to the club Peter.... Hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us. Scott
