cudax
Here is a pic of a Monte that had a 2" cowl US Body Source hood on it. He said it was a perfect fit and he loved it. He also mentioned that they recommend you add hood pins for consistent 80 MPH driving. The car was at the monthly New Smyrna, Florida car show there last weekend. Sam (Bones)
I have one of those and wouldn't buy another! ton of pin holes in the gel coat, the right edge of the hood is too narrow and can't get a proper gap to the fender

Glasstech is like 300 - 400 more than US Body.
cbolt
You are close to Canal Street? I have never been there except when I was working at the district office on the same block... You must be pretty close to me.
Andreas
I have both USBody and Glasstek hoods and would happily pay hundreds more for the Glasstek Hood. The quality difference is night and day. If you want the very best, order a 'stock' Glasstek hood (they rarely use that mold and therefore it gives a great quality hood) and make your own cowl hood out of it. Much easier with fiberglass than with steel.... Not sure I understand your $ values, from their websites: USBody 4" Race Weight (Flimsy) $469 USBody 4" Heavy Duty $689 Glasstek 4" Bolt-On Hood $

Sam (Bones)
by the time you get done fixing the US body hood, that price will be well worth it

Jared Richey
I have a GlassTek Pin on, and after hours of blocking both hood and trunk turned out very straight. Hood better than pin on Trunk. Fit of Glass Tek Hood was very good I thought.
