72-CLASSIC_RIDE
Was cleaning up a 72 Grill I had stored and after removing the plastic lens, I found one og the gaskets had been deformed and unusable. Figured I would start preparing the Portland 2016 Swap meet. Are these gaskets reproduced or is the Paint Seal Kits found on eBAY simply replacement gaskets for those locations described? 72-CLASSIC_RIDE
Oops! Forgot about the aftermarket front window stainless trim set. Any have experience with this trim? Is it manufactured by same supplier and sold through different classic parts venues?? Thinking about replacing these at some point in the past, whoever tried buffing out with power tool (s) burnt areas of the stainless and can't be buffed out. overdrive
The stainless burns can be sanded and then buffed to look better than new. The new trim I've seen is aluminum, not stainless. Dan

Thanks Jared, I will stay away from the repop trim. Doug
