Andy's Auto
I must be getting old. Twenty Seven minutes to dig this transmission out. My record is seventeen. But I did have to cut off a frozen crossmember bolt. Here is Daveys old Hughs 3500 stall. And no, that is not my tool box. This is. A look from below. It is out. Lokks better in that bell. Running the car tomorrow night. Andy

Andy's Auto
Whoa!! is all i can say. totally different car going from a CHM 2200 stall to the 3500. I just took Charles, a customer I built a Fast Burn Headed TPI 90 IROC a few years ago for a ride. He was impressed and I got his car running 11.55s with a 5 speed. Again, totally different car. Andy's Auto
Definately going. I got Allan to come too but I did nt even bother asking Mike in Boca. Always too busy. Still working out the Easy Share thing. I guess I need to hit Radio Shack for some Velcro. Just got done servicing the rear end with new clutches and a new Eaton preload spring. I was on the fence on putting the control arms for the 68 on it but I reallllly like my F41 suspension. Looked at the drag radials. Looks like I have around ten good runs before I hit the wear bars. I just put a 6600 chip in the MSD and installed the three step retard box. She really likes 40 dgrees total but to get there I need 13 initial. Got it. Plus it runs 16 degrees cooler with the extra advance. Hope it breaks on my fourth run so I can go faster.
