I think if my hood would have been bowed out of the box i would have put it right back in the box and retutned it. If it's new i would settle for nothing but pefect. Mike

I may be wrong but i thought all you had to do was swap tailshafts???I know when i went to a 4 speed from a th350 i had to use a front driveshaft yolk from a th400 trans the splines were different. Mike

That 10 bolt is a very tough customer,but too start putting money in why not get a 12 bolt.there are still some in the bone yards. Mike

Two 14 inch fans,runs very cool no matter what the conditions.You can see my switch in the stat housing. Mike

Great idea,copy of build sheet of course that expert will say thats not a real build sheet. You know what it is,thats what really matters.But I know it would tick me off if someone was telling me it's not when it is! Just nod,smile and ignore them! Mike

Dual fans,stock alternator, fans on at 195 off at 175 no problems!

I have used very,very fine steel wool on AC lines it works good.Just don't over-do it and make sure It's very fine(soft) steel wool. Mike
