FINALY 🤣 Maiden post hibernation cruise today, beautiful day low 70's. I was pulling back into the garage when I remember "someone" said I only post left side photos of the "imaginary" Monte so I backed up and took a right side photo 🤣

Don't get me started on gas prices 🙃 Gotta run premium in the Monte and Suburban, $4.36 last fill up, Diesel in SC was $407 and $3.69 in Va, not the bio crap 🙃, GA was $4.59 so I hoped back on the Interstate and drove a few more miles. Still $105 to fill up

No worries Rob, it's largely an unsung unseen process by volunteers here that keep the place chugging along. Throwing out the occasional kudos or banana is ok 🤣

When I moved to Ca they nailed me for my Bronco NOT being built with Ca emission equip 😲 There was a class action lawsuit so I got some back, years later of course. Fl hits you with the sales tax when you buy a new vehicle, I think its 6%. My vanity tag on the suburban is roughly $70 for a 2 year renewal.

Got delayed today, not complaining I was with good people. Anyway, got in the garage late, put on the battery charger, got it off the jack stands, topped off the air shocks, tires, checked the oil and rad. The rad looked a little low so I'm off in the morning to get some distilled water. Works for me so I can go to the car wash and clean 2K roadtrip grime off the truck. Also bought a TPMS for the trailer and have to get that set up. Plan is to be on a cruise tomorrow, and test the line lock and lay down some smoke 🤣

No rain today, altho we needed it. After I spent the day last month with the chainsaw cutting up the fallen trees I realized I was over my head. So had a crew tasked with the dead trees waiting to fall and the other sketchy ones . Now waiting on the fence crew.

I believe your talking about the "steering column lockout" arm, (yea one of the few correct terms I learned and sort of remembered 🤣) As Dennis said it's adjustable. Some of us, had an issue with that when we added headers (altho some of us MAY have tried to reinstall backwards, I haven't returned to that issue yet 🤣) I currently still have it zip tied in the up position without the arm going to the tranny 😮

I'm hoping to get the car cover off, off the jack stands, and cruising next weekend 🤞Wish I had taken advantage of that warm week in March but oh well
