Check Craigslist or your local classifieds as well. You can usually find caps and rings in good to great condition for a pretty low price.

It is no wonder that Autozone has no customer service if all that you are spending is $5.00. Throw in some floor mats and tire shine next time.

I taped mine off and touched them up with a little flat black paint. If they are in really rough shape it may better to just replace them. It is judgement call.

Good point. Wages are one issue and labor is another. Anyone that has owned or managed a business can testify that just finding people that are simply willing to put in a good days work is the biggest obstacle to overcome. The economy is decreasing that issue some, but it is still a big problem.

Very common issue with the rear windows. I would be curious myself to know how effective that product is.
