  1. It was Google Map's fault! LOL
  2. I had mine powder coated satin black.
  3. Happy Wife.....Happy Life. I just did Rhoda's a couple of week's ago too. LOL
  4. Black is usually a sign of it being too rich. I'd pull the plugs and check to see if she's running too rich and then go from there.
  5. Hi All, Just been doing a few small things lately and of course keeping her 33 year old paint job buffed and polished.
  6. Thanks for all the kind words Guys. The 2019 edition will include more than 200 car shows in Ontario. I also have a Facebook Page for it called Classic Cruising. Cheers, Larry

  8. Rob and Larry. I can totally relate to both your stories. Life can be so busy that I find myself disorganized at times and so things (such as oil changes) don't go as smoothly as they normally would. My arthritis is pretty bad sometimes and just yesterday I was pretty achy and walking a little off kilter down the hallway. I bumped into a small table sending the lamp on to the tile floor breaking it in to several pieces. It is now filed under G. The last two months have been extra crazy with publishing my Classic Cruising magazine and now with yard work and maintenance around the house. Will it be better after retirement Guys? LOL

  14. What a great feeling to see her featured like this.... http://www.chevyhardcore.com/news/lost-and-found-this-first-gen-monte-carlo-is-not-getting-away-again/
  15. Maybe at the time it was sprayed black cherry it was taken down to the bare metal?
  16. Mine came with the 3:31's from the factory, still has them and they still looked in great shape when we pulled the cover for inspection, cleaning and new fluid and gasket a few years ago. They seem to be the right gear for my use.
  17. Reproduction Cowl Tag To Same As Original: At the very least, I would want the original cowl tag to be able to compare and also documentation to back it up to prove authenticity of the car but I still don't like it. Changing Cowl Tag Info: Having a cowl tag changed to include different info I just don't agree with. What would the motivating factor be other than dishonestly trying to make someone believe that the car is something it is not? That's my 2 cents.
