LostnFound
I found this in our archived bound newspaper copies a while back but I'm not sure if I posted it here. This is scanned from a March 31, 1971 copy of the Oshawa This Week newspaper I have worked for since 1983. This article published less than 2 weeks prior to the production date of my car. MCfan
Good article, Larry. Â I would agree on the rear seat access. Â I've added power seatback releases on both of my bucket seat '70s but that is only a minor improvement. Â Â My wife found an original 1970 Monte Carlo dealer sales brochure at a swap meet and bought it for me just recently. Â Interesting to see how our cars were originally marketed. stangeba
My 1971 was built in Oshawa. It's been a great car. Bruce
72 LS5
Neat!  18.6 mpg?  I get like half that!
Jared Richey
18.6, I believe it. My 70 without AC on the highway got 19ish. With overdrive imagine what our cars would have gotten new.
