rsorg
i noticed lately that i have to slam my drivers door to close all the way, could it be the door latch, door strike pin, or the door pins themselves ,thanks roger
Rob Peters
Maybe caused by door sag due to worn hinge pins in the hinges. Open the door and grab it on the latch side and lift to see if there is any up and down play in the hinges. Also, as you close the door slowly, when the latch will engage the latch pin in the door jamb see if the door starts to lift as it engages the latch pin. Both of these are indications of worn hinge pins. rob
71MonteCarloMD
Highly recommend get the door spring tool removal as it was a breeze for me to replace the pins and bushings!
