Steve G
I installed my new fuel tank today and hooked up all the evap/vent tubes that consist of 3” rubber hoses on each end... it’s a lot of 3” hoses. When I removed the tank and evap lines none of the hoses had clamps.. Is this correct? Press them on and go? Thank you in advance.
MC1of80
On "Barn Find", my 71 402 car, there were clamps on both ends of the hoses. I purchased a clamp kit from ground up, aka ss396.com.
Dtret
Put clamps on it. That’ canister is on the interior of the car. You don’t want to risk fuel vapors. The squeeze clamps are what my 71 had.
stangeba
FYI! I almost threw out this small restrictor from one of the small hoses on my 71.

I’m just going to assume my car never had it.
