dbreese Posted October 21, 2008 Share Posted October 21, 2008 Anyone done this. I've noticed that my wheel has three 1/2" nicks that you can catch your finger nail in. I see where Eastwood makes kit. 7tonemonte Posted October 21, 2008 Share Posted October 21, 2008 I havent tried that kit, but have tried to restore 2 for customers, with no luck at all. We used some epoxy stuff for them, and it didnt work. Shrunk up later and cracked out. I was trying to fix cracks though. If you give it a shot, please let us know how it works out, I have been asked to fix others, but we tell them nope now! I've always wanted to take mine out to the parts show to get a quote, but never did. I have his card here somewhere, I'll find it and post.
